Substitution Policy
Each of our creations is selected from the highest quality and best flowers available to provide meaningful customer satisfaction. For any substitutions made, you can be assured that the order will be the same or of greater value than the image shown.
Care
At Flowers on Bay Street, our goal is to make sure you are happy with each and every delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we understand that there are times when variable conditions such as weather, placement, air quality, watering, and general care may impact their freshness. Therefore, please contact us within 24 hours, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or delivery. Normally, fresh cut flowers will last anywhere from 3-5 days with proper care.
Delivery
‘Flowers on Bay Street’ open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am to 2 pm on Saturday and closed on Sunday. To ensure the next day delivery, please place all the orders before 12 pm on the day before. For major holidays, please place the orders at least two days before the special day.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds, but we shall replace them with another arrangement, plant or store credit. Upon delivery we will take back the arrangement, which was not to your satisfaction. It will be used for improvement and training, so please do not discard.
